Receptionist

Kathy Dowding, receptionist. Kathy is aware of everything that is going on in the office, from knowing which important meetings are taking place to coordinating deliveries of appraisal reports and organizing appraiser travel.

Kathy is the first contact for clients calling the office and/or visiting the office. Kathy is also instrumental in the accounting department and assists the primary in-house accountant with daily accounts receivable and payable.

Ms. Dowding joined the firm in 2014.
