Shawn Fleck is a Certified Residential Appraiser. Shawn attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 1995.
Shawn has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 and has been with Great Plains Appraisal, Inc. since 2012 in the residential department. In addition to completing appraisal reports on all types of residential properties within southeast Nebraska, Shawn assists the commercial department when residential expertise is critical within the scope of an assignment. Shawn is FHA qualified and is in the process of becoming VA qualified. In addition to Shawn’s normal scope of assignments, he also completes appraisal reports for USDA Rural Development Loans and estate work.
Shawn assists the Lancaster County Board of Equalization in the capacity of Referee through this process.
Shawn’s professional affiliations include the Realtors Association of Lincoln, Nebraska Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
