Michelle Malcom, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Management from Bellevue University.
Michelle joined the firm in 2019 as a Trainee Real Property Appraiser. Michelle is gaining vast knowledge in the completion of eminent domain projects associated with various acquisition and easement needs. Michelle is also becoming active in the appraisal of agriculture, office, retail, and industrial use properties in Nebraska.
Michelle is currently working towards certification as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser within the State of Nebraska.
Michelle came to Great Plains Appraisal with numerous years of supervisory and managerial experience in multiple health care departments.
