Katelyn Leibhart is a Commercial Staff Appraiser with Great Plains Appraisal, Inc. and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the State of Nebraska.
Katelyn joined Great Plains Appraisal in 2023 as a Trainee Real Property Appraiser and has since earned her Certified General credential. Her appraisal experience includes agricultural and industrial properties throughout Nebraska, along with extensive exposure to eminent domain assignments involving a variety of property acquisitions and easement needs.
Katelyn also serves as a Referee for the Lancaster County Board of Equalization, assisting with the review of property valuation protests.
Katelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources from Oklahoma State University, where she majored in Agribusiness with minors in Animal Science and Agricultural Real Estate Appraisal.
