Jay Seiffert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Jay joined the firm in 2014 and has been active in the appraisal of agricultural, office, retail, industrial, and special-purpose properties in Nebraska as well as condemnation and litigation appraisals.
Jay assists the Lancaster County Board of Equalization in the capacity of Referee through this process.
Jay has been a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Nebraska since 2017 and is a practicing affiliate with the Appraisal Institute. Jay is currently working towards his MAI.
